LIMS Lead

Role: LIMS Lead

Location : Boston, MA

Duration: Long term Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and customization of the LIMS software.
• Work closely with laboratory staff and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the system meets their needs.
• Oversee system integration with other software and technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features or improve existing ones.
• Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage updates, patches, and documentation for the LIMS system.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO, GxP).

Provide leadership and mentoring to junior developers and team members
