Experience with Arista switches including CVP, Cisco routers and switches (Nexus), network monitoring and management platforms including SolarWinds including NCM, and Cisco DNA, Wireshark packet analysis, Python scripting and automation, and dynamic routing protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, IS-IS). Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Independently handling major incident and actively participate in troubleshooting bridge call
Understanding of Nexus VDC, VPC, OTV technology.
Arista MLAG, EOS, CVP, AVD
Experience on network automation tool Ansible, Python scripting
Subject Matter Expert in routing protocol BGP, EIGRP, IS-IS, OSPF.
Experience on MPLS network and Cisco Catalyst SDWAN technology
Understanding VPN technology
Understanding industrial Cisco router and switches
Clear understanding on backbone network and data center network
Network L3 skills in Routing, Switching, Wireless LAN, SolarWinds,
Clear understanding and troubleshooting skills in LAN / WAN / Data center Network infrastructure.
Experience in working with different vendors like Cisco, Arista TAC / RMA process.
Incident, Change, problem request and service request Management.

Experience Required

Clear understanding of IOS, CATOS, NXOS, EOS.
Experience in a large, complex network environment in managing MPLS, IPSec VPN and other WAN technology using Cisco ASR and ISR routers.
Experience in a large, complex network environment using Cisco Nexus (7000, 93000, 55xx and 2xxx) and Cisco 65xx, 45xx, 3xxx,29XX, Cisco IE-4010-4S24P series switches.

Roles & Responsibilities
This position will directly support the customer enterprise network environment. They will participate in the installation, configuration, and performance analysis of enterprise networks with a primary focus on network routing and switching. Candidate should have an advanced understanding of network communications technologies and demonstrate the ability to analyze, troubleshoot, coordinate and resolve complex network issues and projects. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide 24x7 support.
Provide Network Operations support in EST hours 8 AM to 5 PM during weekdays. After office hours and weekend rotational on-call support.
Follow Incident, change, problem request and service request management process with 100 % compliance to agreed standards, Meet Client SLAs.

Provide technical support and analysis, operation, administration, and troubleshooting activities- Adhere and advocate change management policies, incident management and trouble response scenarios.
Lead, facilitate, and coordinate work activities of others within the work group, team, or department- Prepare technical documentation including procedures, manuals, reports and standards.
Exhibit, problem solving, troubleshooting, resolution, communication, and customer service skills.
Apply patches or Code Upgrade as per Customer recommendation.
Configure, manage, and operate the Network Environment and the Network Services incorporating redundancy as per the guidance provided by Customer Network Design & Architecture team.
Assist, in accordance with SLA, in resolving Incidents and completing Tasks associated with Network equipment and Network Services software by coordinating with Field Operation team for on-premises break / fix support as necessary.
Follows policies, practices, procedures, standards, and company rules relative to assignments; complies with regulations and procedures required by external agencies.
Analyze network performance, troubleshoot when necessary, and provide resolutions to technical problems.
Review and evaluate the impact of the Network Services, particularly Changes in the Network Environment, on the other IT Functions and other Customer IT Environment Providers.
Generic Managerial Skills Must be able to clearly interact with customers, understand the customer's requirements and be able to present solutions to customers. Interact with team lead and other team members to improve support quality.
