JOB DESCRIPTION
Technical / Functional Skills :
Routing (Cisco OSPF BGP iWAN) Switching (Cisco Nexus and Stack switches) Wireless (Cisco WLC) Firewall (Cisco ASA / FP Checkpoint & Palo Alto VPN Zscaler) SD WAN Cisco ACI Prime ISE DNAC Azure Networking.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Responsible for Designing and providing WAN / LAN network administration enterprise wireless cloud administration (AZURE) SD WAN administration and Cisco / Palo Alto firewall administration.
Troubleshooting the Level 3 and advanced network issues and performing call backs ensuring issues are resolved & appropriate solution is provided to the customer.
Initiate improvements in tools (SolarWinds Panorama Prime Cisco DNA Infoblox) requirements gathering and processes.
Strong understanding of network routing and switching protocols required.
Demonstrated experience with WAN and backbone network protocols (BGP OSPF MPLS etc.) required.
Experience with next generation firewall technology (Palo Alto Check Point Fortinet etc.) desirable.
Experience with cloud (AWS Azure GC) networks and / or security desirable.
