Title : Patient Registrar

Location : San Mateo CA

Duration : 3 months with possible extension

Shift : MF 8hours

Job description :

• At least 1 year of experience working in Ambulatory Care in Primary Care clinics.
• The current need is to support Adult OBGYN Paediatrics and Geriatric primary care clinics.
• 5x8 schedule MF.
• Bilingual is a Must Have
• Must have Epic
• Duties : register patients for their visits assist patients walking into the clinic collaborate with other members of the Care Team verify patients coverage familiarity with MediCal (Medicaid) and Medicare preferred schedule appointments ask pertinent questions during registration creating messages in the EMR documenting in electronic medical records answering phones.
• The clinics are busy fast paced so need to be able to do multiple tasks simultaneously.
