- Work as part of the IT Advisory, Technology Enablement (TE) and the SAP implementation engagements;- Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients- Manage and monitor tasks of HR function team members;- Deliver the WRICEF (stands for Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms), Identify and undertake testing procedures;- In-charge on any HR function issues as well as coordinate with SAP on any product issues;- Develop function specification documents and the related documents in the project;- Provide services on both new implementations and existing support projects;- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required;- Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members;- Directly report to Business Lead/ Project Manager.- Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects- Analyze business processes including root cause analysis- Implement industry and corporate processes across all related Human Capital applications (on premise and cloud)

Essential Skills:
- At least 2 years of SAP HCM / SuccessFactors compensation implementation experience or support experience- A minimum of 3 full cycle SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Compensation project implementations- Strong SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Compensation know how- University degree in computer science, business information technology, mathematics, physics, engineering or equivalent- Ability to drill down into technical issues and solve complex and detailed problems- Ability to deliver clear, concise presentations and present complex information in a clear and precise manner- Willingness and ability to travel to customers and work abroad- Strong SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Compensation know how- Good at logical thinking and problem solving.- Good communication in both business language;- Good at communication in English language is required;- Understanding of business processes and SAP HCM/SF functions are the good points.- Certification in at least one SuccessFactors module
