What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN Long Term Care position at Siri IT Solutions Pvt Ltd?
We are looking for a compassionate LPN with an ability to remain calm under pressure. The LPN will be responsible for monitoring patients, performing routine checks, and assisting doctors and nurses.
LPN Responsibilities:
- Administers medications and injections.
- Performs tube feedings.
- Collects blood samples if certified for venipuncture.
- Provides colostomy care.
- Observes individuals and reports changes in their condition.
- Takes and records temperature, pulse, respiration and blood pressure.
- Obtains specimens for analysis and performs other medical procedures as ordered by a physician.
- Prepares and applies simple dressings.
- Bathes and feeds patients/residents.
- Cares for individuals and their quarters by performing such tasks as making beds, changing linen, lifting and moving consumers and caring for their personal effects.
LPN Requirements:
- LPN License
- Minimum 2 year of experience
- Long term experience required
- BLS from AHA
