About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter with experience in hiring GTM Sales professionals and exposure to the SaaS industry. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across various functions within the US. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and drive a seamless and efficient hiring process.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract GTM Sales talent (Account Executives, Sales Directors, Customer Success, etc.) in the SaaS industry.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring criteria and create compelling job descriptions tailored to SaaS and enterprise sales roles.
- Conduct candidate assessments, including initial screenings, behavioral interviews, and skills evaluations.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and GTM leadership roles.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate’s experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary and benefits while ensuring alignment with company policies and market trends.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efficiency.
- Stay updated on SaaS industry hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and best recruitment practices.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and job boards to streamline recruitment operations.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience: 3 years of recruiting experience in the US market, with a focus on hiring GTM Sales professionals and SaaS talent.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field .
- Proven experience in hiring for Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and GTM functions in SaaS companies.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards (Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.), and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet hiring deadlines.
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
- This role can be based in New York & Salt Lake City
