CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - MAJOR HEALTHCARE GOVERNMENT PROGRAMS

We are seeking two motivated and experienced Construction Managers / Project Managers (CM / PM) with a degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management to join our team at SIRIS. These positions will be based in Newington, Connecticut, and focused on providing Construction Management services to the Newington VA Medical Center on their Infrastructure Upgrade Construction Project.

Responsibilities :

• The CM / PM role will report to the Director of Healthcare at SIRIS and act as the Owner's Representative on the project.
• The CM / PM will be required to learn and integrate SIRIS best practices related to project delivery, budget, schedule, quality, and operations in the healthcare environment.
• The CM-PM shall provide project construction management support and shall provide decisive direction in regard to business, technical, and project management involving multi-disciplinary and diverse functional activities.
• CM-PMs shall be responsible for the overall management, in terms of technical quality, cost, and schedule.
• They shall maintain daily progress reports and inspection reports and shall lead the inspection and quality assurance team (if applicable) assigned to the project.
