Project Executive - Major Healthcare Design and Construction Program
Location: Raleigh, NC
Salary: $150K - $160K
The Project Executive reports to the Senior Project Executive of the assigned design and construction project. The primary responsibility of this position is to manage and execute senior-level project management services across assigned Special Purpose Entity (SPE) Projects with a particular focus on the design and construction of mixed-use commercial development projects with a large healthcare component. This position works across various functional areas and teams including senior executive and corporate leaders, consultants, contractors, vendors, and other third parties to ensure successful tracking, reporting, and execution of overall project initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Work as a technical point of contact for the assigned SPE Projects.
Provide expert advisory support to clients on the design and construction of healthcare development projects.
Adhere to the company framework and processes as defined by the VP of Operations.
Lead in-person and virtual meetings regarding the portfolio of projects.
Manage relationships with stakeholders and vendors to successfully execute the project, while also preparing relevant documentation (schedule, budget, return on investment, closeout reports, etc.).
Create presentation decks and related collateral for executive leadership and all stakeholders.
Mentor, motivate, and lead the SIRIS project team including supporting the development and training of individuals on the team.
Directly own strategy through construction closeout and monitoring for multiple projects with a large healthcare component.
Responsible for prioritizing, delegating, and effectively communicating information throughout a project’s life cycle.
Track and manage project scopes, budgets, financials, schedules, risks, and deliverables for a full project lifecycle.
Provide periodic on-site supervision and review as required by project needs and stakeholders.
Manage the implementation of SIRIS best practices.
Manage the SIRIS contract, invoicing, and initial change order negotiation and
documentation with the Client.

Communication Proficiency – Ability to communicate both verbally and in written form and the wisdom to know what mode of communication to use.
Business Acumen – Understanding of Business principles and ability to apply those principles to improve the company's profitability and development.
Presentation Skills – Able to develop and deliver dynamic presentations to industry and client groups and have great story-telling skills.
Collaboration – Able to work both with internal and external team members to develop compelling business opportunities and working relationships.

Work Environment
This a hybrid job that requires a professionally equipped home office.
Travel
This position requires the ability to travel throughout the United States approximately 25% of the time and may require travel nights and weekends.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree.
Fifteen to twenty years of related experience in mixed-use commercial real estate development with a focus on healthcare.
Preferred Education and Experience
Related bachelor’s degree, MBA or master’s degree.
AEC related licenses and certifications (PE, AIA, CCM, etc.).
