Sleep Health MD is a growing and fast-paced sleep medicine practice with locations in, Santa Cruz County, Santa Clara and Monterey County. This position will be mainily in Santa Cruz County with some travel to other locations depending on the needs of the practice.
This position is a part time position responsible for performing a variety of patient-related tasks, serving patients by greeting them, directing patients, maintaining records, answer incoming calls and returning missed calls. Serve as the liaison between patient and medical support staff. The MA will hold duties in serving as an assigned MA to clinical providers; encourage a positive working environment among all medical assistants. Make sound decisions in urgent situations.
