Job Summary
We are seeking a technically skilled and motivated Microsoft 365 Systems Analyst to join our Enterprise Systems team. The primary focus of this role is to provide technical expertise, systems analysis, and support for our Microsoft 365 environment. The ideal candidate will have experience configuring, supporting, monitoring, and maintaining enterprise-level M365 services, along with strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
- 2 to 4 years of IT experience in programming, systems analysis, or administration.
- Experience working with groupware/messaging technologies (e.g., Microsoft Exchange, Lotus Notes), tools, and relevant platforms.
Scope of Services
The candidate will work with the Enterprise Systems team to:
- Provide technical leadership and systems analysis for Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Support various groupware applications and collaborative computing environments.
- Recommend hardware/software solutions based on business requirements.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as a project team member on multiple products and projects, occasionally acting as a project lead.
- Work on moderately complex tasks that require knowledge across multiple technical environments.
- May coach and mentor junior technical staff.
- Collaborate with users to define specifications for collaborative work tools and groupware systems.
- Engineer, deploy, and support enterprise groupware applications (e.g., messaging clients, document sharing, wireless access).
- Promote and develop groupware strategies aligned with organizational needs.
