- Generate purchase orders.
- Check inventory levels for operations and adjust re-order points to suite business requirements.
- Order materials, components and equipment as required by the production schedule.
- Check best price and administer purchase with vendors.
- Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Strong Excel Skills
- Able to take direction and follow instructions.
- Take on additional responsibilities and assignments willingly.
- Able to complete tasks often on fixed and tight deadlines for multiple and simultaneous tasks.
- Successfully works in team environment, but can be assigned tasks to be worked on independently.
- Strong attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in various office functions including processing invoices
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts
- Experience in the use of computers and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build working relationships
- Ability to perform in a demanding, busy field environment
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
