Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Support / Marketing Coordinator to perform a variety of functions that support Sirius Education Solutions Operations Sales and Marketing teams including those that drive customer activity lead generation and efficiency in execution. A primary responsibility of this position is to work with Operations Sales and Marketing leadership to help plan execute and manage Sirius Education Solutions participation at statewide and regional education conferences.

The coordinator is also responsible for the planning and execution of conferences special events including companysponsored customer events and company meetings. The coordinator provides project management and scheduling support for assigned marketing and sales support projects including marketing materials and projects sales projects for key accounts and preparing reports for management teams.

Supervisory Responsibilities Supervises outside vendors.

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Coordinates activities and manages logistics for education conferences including conference registration exhibit equipment / materials presentations events and tracking of expenses.
  • Help plan and coordinate meetings and events including annual company and sales meetings.
  • Assists with the coordination of marketing campaigns and development of sales support and marketing materials including collateral materials presentations emails webinars and Sirius.com.
  • Tracks and reports sales and marketing data to improve company s sales and marketing efforts.
  • Develops and maintains schedules for sales support and marketing projects. Assists with customer and market research as needed.
  • Curates and inputs customer data for inclusion in CRM and data warehouse.
  • Prepares reports for Operations Sales and Marketing leadership.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Planning & Organization : excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects with overlapping or competing deadlines.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
  • An understanding of K12 education sales and marketing including customers at the school and districtlevel market issues and challenges and purchase decisionmaking processes for instructional materials including instructional assessment and eLearning products.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Zoho One Monday.com or related software.
  • Education and Experience :

  • Bachelor s degree or higher preferably in marketing or advertising.
  • 5 years or more of experience in a Sales or Marketing Coordinator role in a K12 educational publishing company or organization.
  • Experience in coordinating educational conferences meetings and special events.
  • Experience supporting sales and marketing teams in a K12 educational publishing company. Physical Requirements :
  • Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods.
  • Must be able to lift at least 15 pounds.
