Monday - Friday (some Saturdays may be required)Responsibilities :
Lead Installation Projects : Take charge of HVAC installation projects, including system replacements and new installations.Technical Expertise : Apply your in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems to ensure installations are carried out correctly and efficiently.Team Leadership : Supervise and guide a team of HVAC technicians to ensure projects are completed on time and according to specifications.Quality Assurance : Maintain strict quality control standards to ensure all installations meet industry and company standards.Customer Interaction : Communicate with clients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have and providing exceptional customer service.Safety Compliance : Ensure all installation activities are performed safely, adhering to safety regulations and guidelines.Documentation : Complete accurate and detailed documentation of installation processes and materials used.Job requirements
EPA Refrigerant Certification (minimum)2-4 Years of Residential HVAC Installation ExperienceActive Driver's License and Clean Driving RecordMust be willing to submit to a background check and drug testingMust be able to consistently lift and carry 25-50lbsMust be authorized to work in the U.S.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
