Sirius Staffing is urgently hiring a Senior Reliability Engineer for a direct-hire position located in Hamilton, MS.
Pay: $115,000 annually, with 5-10% bonus eligibility
Schedule:40 hour per week
Summary:
The Reliability Engineer will provide maintenance support and execute asset reliability activities, ensuring plant operations are conducted in an environmentally responsible manner and in compliance with all Safety, Health, and Environmental policies.
Responsibilities:
Conducted moderately complex preventive maintenance investigations as directed by the Reliability and Integrity Leader.
Coordinated Reliability Technician investigations, selecting appropriate predictive and non-destructive testing methodologies.
Assisted the Project Engineering team in evaluating the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations.
Applied root-cause Failure Analysis (RCA/RCFA) techniques to investigate reliability issues.
Provided technical support to production, maintenance management, and technical personnel as needed.
Applied value analysis for repair/replace, repair/design, and make/buy decisions.
Utilized Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) processes for both existing and new equipment.
Consistently applied Outward Mindset Principles and tools to improve team collaboration and results.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience in a chemical manufacturing plant or industrial reliability maintenance field ..
Strong verbal/written communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams on reliability projects.
Experience troubleshooting rotating and stationary equipment (e.g., pumps, conveyors, blowers, dust collectors, etc.).
Preferred experience in reliability functions such as reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), root cause failure analysis (RCFA), and preventive maintenance optimization, along with a strong understanding of reliability data assessment.
