How you’ll make an impact:

Works with members of the Music Programming team to create superior radio programs as needed. Responsible for organizing, cataloging, and reviewing audio programs.

What you’ll do:

• Edit archival audio for playback.
• Assist metadata backfill efforts, as needed.
• Load audio elements into music automation system.
• Properly enters song information and non-music elements into automation system maintaining required royalties data.
• Develop an understanding of and perform audio editing, fades and inserting correct digital markers that sound the most appealing based on music/content selection and channel genre.
• Ensure a high level of interpersonal skills to effectively engage and collaborate with teammates across all levels.  
• Required to demonstrate exceptional time management skills, including the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Work efficiently under changing deadlines within a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll need:

• 1 years(s) of experience in Media Library Maintenance and Expansion and/or Metadata management.
• Year College Degree or equivalent experience.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to pay attention to details and be organized.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
• Position is Hybrid, requiring 2 in-office days per week.  
• Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook), Google Sheets
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
