Join Our Team
You will be an Enterprise Architect for the Insurance Systems portfolio within our Group IT team. You will play a crucial role in designing and facilitating the implementation of our core insurance systems. The role reports to the Chief Architect & Delivery.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Develop and maintain, in partnership with the Enterprise Architecture team, a strategic IT roadmap for insurance systems that aligns with the organization's business objectives.
- Lead the evaluation, analysis and design of insurance solutions based on enterprise business strategy, business capabilities, value-streams, business requirements and enterprise standards
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to define and implement architectural solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
- Identify potential areas of improvement in the current IT environment and proposing and implementing solutions.
- Maintain an understanding of emerging technologies, trends, and techniques and assessing their relevance to the organization's business objectives.
- Conduct architectural reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including system diagrams, data models, and technical specifications.

SALARY : The estimated salary range for this position is $190,000 to $220,000 per year This is a good-faith assessment of the salary range for this position only. In determining the actual salary within this range, SiriusPoint will consider a candidate's relevant experience, location, and other job-related factors.
