How youll make an impact :
You are a seasoned SME in Atlassian products such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket. You are also knowledgeable in enterprise standard plugins used alongside those apps, such as ScriptRunner, Structure, Better Content Archiving, and Tempo Timesheets. You will not only perform standard Atlassian administrative duties, but also develop custom solutions involving automations and integrations with tools within and outside the Atlassian ecosystem. You will manage and oversee the design, standardization, and implementation of best-in-class Atlassian technologies and policies in line with the goals of SiriusXM.
As a senior-level professional, you will also actively mentor junior members of the team, and lead by example in both your technical knowledge, but also your professional integrity. We are a team of passionate Atlassian enthusiasts, and our goal is to continue to nurture and raise Atlassian professionals.
What youll do :
- Design and develop workflows; build custom applications; develop mechanisms to automate manual processes
- Evaluate and deploy application version upgrades and 3rd party add-ons
- Manage integrations between Atlassian applications and other systems, e.g. Salesforce, Slack, ServiceNow
- Assist users with Jira configuration and customization while adhering to established best practices
- Assist users with Confluence wiki content management and customization, promote adoption of internal wiki knowledge base
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing automation of manual tasks
- Assist users with Bitbucket configuration and repository management questions
- Participate in an on-call rotation, triaging application incidents and customer escalations
- Mentor and train other engineers responsible for assisting with maintenance and support of the Atlassian platform

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the salary range for this position to be $107,000 - $166,000, and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
