Our extensive distribution network spans Ohio, Central Pennsylvania, and Northern West Virginia, delivering fresh produce, dairy, and specialty items to a diverse clientele, including restaurants, hotels, schools, and other institutions. Our commitment to quality ensures that our customers receive only the freshest products.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily delivery routes, ensuring timely and safe transport of goods.
• Manage multiple stops per day, typically ranging from 15 to 25 deliveries.
• Load and unload freight, adhering to safety protocols throughout the delivery process.
• Maintain accurate daily logs and reports as required.
• Uphold a high standard of professionalism while interacting with clients and colleagues.
  
  

Required Skills

• Must possess effective communication skills.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds independently.
• Basic knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
• Capability to work in varying environments and under challenging conditions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license; CDL is preferred.
• Prior driving experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A clean driving record, with no DUIs or DWIs.
• Must not have more than two preventable accidents in the last three years.
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening.
• Candidates must reside within a 40-mile radius of Ravenna, OH, or be open to relocation.

Compensation And Benefits

• Starting salary approximately $17.00 per hour, contingent upon experience.
• Average weekly hours range from 45 to 50, with overtime compensation after 40 hours.
• Performance increases and safety bonuses available after 90 days of employment.
