Key Responsibilities : User-Centered Design : Champion the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and final delivery, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs. Visual and Interaction Design : Create polished, pixel-perfect designs and engaging user interactions that enhance the overall experience. Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business goals into design solutions. Research and Testing : Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs and improve user satisfaction. Design Systems : Build and maintain scalable design systems and components to ensure consistency across products. Innovation : Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to introduce fresh ideas and approaches. Qualifications : Experience : 5 years of professional design experience, preferably including time in a startup environment. Portfolio : A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and impactful results. Tools : Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (, Adobe Creative Suite). Skills : Expertise in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, with a strong understanding of accessibility and responsive design principles.
