Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales targets.
- Conduct cold calling to generate new business leads and expand the customer base.
- Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting through closing, including follow-up activities.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and report on progress.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to identify market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Provide feedback on product performance and customer needs to inform future development.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales or territory management is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
- Familiarity with technology sales is a plus, along with experience in conducting product demos.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player in a collaborative environment.
