About the Role
As a Software Engineer , you will work closely with internal business teams, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless business operations. Your daily responsibilities will include :
- Managing and responding to IT support tickets and technical requests
- Working with insurance software to support business needs
- Developing reports and transferring datasets to vendors
- Automating workflows and enhancing existing applications
- Supporting data feeds and integrations across various platforms
