Entry Level Associate Immigration Attorney

The ideal candidate will have superb time management and written communication skills. The associate will work on employment-based immigration cases including O1, EB1 and NIW’s and will collaborate with a team of paralegals and attorneys. The associate will assist with various cases and gain valuable hands-on experience in an environment of immigration thought leaders who deliver bespoke immigration legal services to its clients, ensuring effective and efficient legal solutions. Duties include:
- Conduct thorough legal research
- Assist attorneys with drafting petition letters and RFE responses
- Communicate with clients regarding their cases
- Maintain organized documentation for ongoing cases.
- Utilize legal research tools to support case preparation
- Collaborate with team members on case strategies
Qualifications
- Be licensed to practice law in any jurisdiction
- Strong research skills with a focus on legal research methodologies.
- Familiarity with Immigration law through coursework or prior internship/employment is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
