We seek a medical front desk superstar to join our busy ophthalmic team!
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Great benefits package! No weekends! Pay based on experience.

Job Description
Greet patients and visitors.
Promptly and politely provides services to patients at the front desk.
Collects all co-pays, deductibles, and balances at the time of service.
Assures accurate data entry of patients’ insurance and personal information.
Maintains strict patient confidentiality.
Ensures all necessary documentation is completed and signed.
Efficiently utilizes the scheduling/EMR systems.
Prepares charts for each day and confirms all information is up to date.
Phone calls are handled promptly, patient’s needs are identified, responded to in a friendly manner, and routed as needed.
Must be a team player with a positive attitude. Able to multitask and be highly organized.
Strong Computer Skills
Experience
1 year of office experience is preferred.
Skills in Centricity and Eye MD are preferred but not required.
