Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain Intune policies and configurations for a variety of devices including iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Intune, such as device enrollment, app deployment, compliance policies, and connectivity problems.
- Develop and maintain Intune infrastructure, including connectors and co-management, while integrating with other IT systems.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of the Intune environment to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and IT teams about Intune-related matters.
- Stay updated on the latest features, best practices, and security threats associated with Intune.
- Participate in projects related to mobile device management and enhance security measures.
- Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and documentation.
- Utilize end-to-end knowledge in Intune / Endpoint Manager Admin Center for effective Mobile Device Management (MDM).
- Administer components in customer environments like Application Proxy Connector and Mobile Content Management.
- Apply expertise in Enterprise Mobility Security features within the Modern Workplace.
- Assist in integrating Microsoft 365 Identity & Access Management solutions, including AD Connect and Conditional Access.
- Provide customer support through IT administration, solutions architecting, and consulting.
- Offer pre-sales technical support to help drive successful user adoption.
- Maintain and update security hardening parameters for both on-premise and cloud solutions.
- Administer service accounts such as APNs, Google Enterprise, SSL Provider, and Apple Business Manager.
- Understand network requirements for components installed in customer environments.
- Enforce Mobile Application Management (MAM) policies, managing access to applications effectively.
- Package, deploy, and manage applications using Intune across multiple platforms.
- Ensure compliance monitoring and the enforcement of application policies.
- Facilitate software and app distribution across various platforms and operating systems.
- Manage MDM platforms and maintain compliance with applicable solutions.
- Enable efficient management of BYOD, Wifi certificates, and VPN requirements.
- Support employees in activating corporate and BYOD devices.
- Manage real-time cost management and policy enforcement for optimal mobile carrier plans.
- Provide device alerts for overages and roaming when telecom policies are applied.
- Ensure secure access to approved third-party and private applications for authorized employees.
- Utilize role-based models to enforce security policies through MIM.
- Encourage self-service enrollment for secure device provisioning.
- Mentor and collaborate with internal and external vendors on MDM and related systems.
- Promptly respond to requests from internal and authorized external business units.
- Prioritize tasks and execute them in a time-sensitive setting.
- Research and resolve end-user community issues relating to mobile devices.
- Work with engineering teams to design and deploy new MDM solutions across customer networks.
