Sales and Estimating

Job Summary:

Sisneros Bros. Manufacturing is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales and Estimation Assistant to join our team in Belen. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, accurately estimating project costs, managing data, and utilizing Excel to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will be proficient in estimation, data entry, and Excel, and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate manufacturing solutions.
• Estimation and Quoting:
• Accurately estimate project costs based on customer specifications and blueprints.
• Prepare and deliver detailed sales proposals and quotations.
• Analyze project requirements and provide competitive pricing.
• Data Entry and Management:
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer information in CRM software.
• Enter and manage data related to sales activities, estimates, and customer interactions.
• Generate sales reports and analyze sales data.
• Excel Proficiency:
• Utilize Excel to create and manage spreadsheets for sales tracking, estimation, and reporting.
• Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create quotes and proposals using excel.
• Project Coordination:
• Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate project specifications and timely delivery.
• Communicate project updates and address customer inquiries.
• Follow up with customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
