Dental Receptionist

Job Description:
Our dental office is looking for a dedicated and friendly individual to join our team! As a key member of our office, you’ll be responsible for providing excellent patient service, assisting in the daily operations of the practice, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming environment for all visitors. Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients with a positive, friendly attitude.
• Assist with scheduling, answering phones, and managing patient records.
• Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office.
• Support the dental team in preparing for procedures and patient care.
• Ensure a positive and comfortable experience for patients throughout their visit.
• Verify and process dental insurance claims and benefits.
• Utilize Dentrix software for patient management, scheduling, and billing.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a dental office.
• Knowledge of dental insurance processes and terminology.
• Experience with Dentrix software preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the position.
