Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Store Manager role at Sissy's Log Cabin in Fort Smith, AR. The Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, coordinate sales activities, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining store standards to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Sales Management, Team Leadership, and Customer Service skills
- Inventory Management and Merchandising experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of jewelry and luxury goods is a plus
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Previous retail management experience preferred
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
