Job Brief
We are looking for a responsible, results-driven, and highly motivated Sales Associate who is ready to take on all sales responsibilities from providing appropriate product solutions for our customers to nurturing them through the purchase flow from start to finish. Our ideal candidate will uphold the ideals and standards of our company and will constantly strive to meet all sales goals and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide an exceptional customer experience by building relationships, understanding customer needs, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Sales Goals: Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective product knowledge and sales strategies.
- Jewelry Expertise: Learn and stay knowledgeable about our fine jewelry collections, including diamonds, gemstones, and custom designs, to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock management, ensuring that displays are attractive, well-organized, and fully stocked at all times.
- Product Demonstration: Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on the features, benefits, and care of our jewelry pieces.
- Store Presentation: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment that showcases the beauty of our jewelry.
