Front of House Manager – Full Time
Job Description –
Manage the retail operations at our downtown Sisters location. Oversee the packing of special orders, display of product, customer interactions, cash handling procedure, lobby and bathroom cleaning, making of coffee/espresso drinks, answering phones, and responding to customer issues as they arise. Individual must have 2-3 years of applicable management experience in the industry. Work with FOH Leads to maintain high quality standards for product and customer service. Close down and count the till, balance safe, and order change weekly. Write the FOH schedule 2-3 weeks out to ensure full coverage and requests are met in a timely manner. Work alongside Store Manager, General Manager, and Owner to grow the FOH operations.
Minimum Qualifications –
· 2-3 Years Food Service Management Experience
-Cash Handling and Scheduling
-Ability to Address and Remedy Customer Issues
Posted hourly wage is starting salary bi-weekly bonuses (based on percentage of net sales).

This is a permanent, year-round position. Candidates should have stable housing, transportation, and plan to be in the area for a year or more. Days off will be scheduled consecutively.
