The Sisters of Charity Health System is recruiting for a full-time Paralegal. The Paralegal will be responsible for organizational and paralegal services to support the legal department, with responsibility to the General Counsel. This position will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating and managing a variety of projects, including education/competency programs, policy and contract management systems. Job Responsibilities: Project Coordination
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation to completion, ensuring that each project is delivered on time and within scope.
- Coordinate the efforts of legal and non-legal teams, ensuring collaboration across departments.
- Develop and maintain project plans and timelines, adjusting when necessary to ensure delivery.
- Manage the Contract Management Database ensuring all contacts are categorized and current. Ensures users of system are trained.
- Administration of Policy Stat, develop and maintain system-wide policies and ensure they are reviewed and approved by the appropriate department.
- Maintain credentialing record system and renew credentialing of staff when necessary.
- Develop and coordinate education materials across a wide range of topics including new application and process deployment, clinical competencies, and regulations and standards with a focus on tailoring content to the target audience.
- Associates or Bachelor's degree with three to five years' progressive experience performing duties relevant to the position.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
