What are the responsibilities and job description for the Labor and Delivery Nurse position at Sisters of Charity Hospital?
At Sisters of Charity Hospital, we seek a dedicated Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods.
About the Position
- This is a night shift position with a weekend and holiday rotation.
In order to be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in labor and delivery as a level 3 or level 4 nurse.
Requirements
- State License Requirements: You must hold a professional state license following applicable state executive orders and state board guidelines for temporary licensure, emergency waivers, and/or licensure by endorsement.
- Accepting out-of-state licensure when permitted by state executive orders.
We also require the following documentation:
- Proof of vaccines or titers.
- One Step Tb Skin Test /Tspot / TB QuantiFERON within past 12 months prior to start date.
- Driver's License/State ID.
- Physical and Vision Exam within the past 12 months prior to start date, MUST include systems check and required annually.
- 12 panel (NO THC) in the past 12 months prior to start date.
- 7-year Criminal County Search, SSN Trace, National Criminal Database within 12 months prior to start date.
