The COO assists with implementing the congregations mission, values and goals, and is responsible for the overall administration of the Congregation Charitable Trust. A Masters Degree is preferred with a strong f inance background and a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in an executive management position with a strong operations background and supervisory responsibility. Solid f inancial, technical and administrative skills are required, along with familiarity with investment management, f inance and budget management. Non-pro f it, religious experience is preferred.
