What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Receptionist position at Sisters Veterinary Clinic?
We are a growing family here at Sisters Veterinary Clinic. Our focus is superior customer service for clients while providing exceptional medical care to our patients. The receptionist is the first voice a client hears and often plays a significant role in clients deciding to come to us and stay with us. We value our receptionist and they work closely with the technicians and assistants to keep the flow in our clinic going. We are looking for an energetic and positive individual that truly enjoys interacting with customers. This individual must be a team player who remains poised and calm when busy/stressed. We use Cornerstone software and have a multi-line phone system.
We will train you - Along with 2 full time receptionist that are wonderful about helping ease the stress of learning a new system. We want to give you the right skills to succeed.
We have monthly staff lunch meetings (lunch is provided) to make sure we communicate as a team. It is important all voices are heard to provide the best care to our clients and patients. We do NOT tolerate bad behavior from our clients or our staff because the happy atmosphere of the clinic is critical for our success.
