Nurse-LPN Position at Sistersville Center
We have an opening for a skilled Nurse-LPN to join our healthcare team at Sistersville Center. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and observe condition. They will also contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders, and supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
