Job definition:
Correspond with clients and new contacts in person, via phone, text, and email daily to schedule appointments and reservations.
Purpose of position:
Convert potential clients to loyal customers as measured by conversion rate (leads to appointments).
Job description:
- Greet customers entering facility
- Answer phones and return missed calls
- Contact new leads & follow up with clients via phone and email
- Respond to office emails
- Schedule clients for services (consultations, boarding, training, daycare and grooming)
- Take payments using our point of sale system, Gingr
- Demonstrate competency of Gingr for scheduling appointments, signing agreements, uploading vet records etc
- Confirm appointments via phone and email
- Ensure a smooth running schedule for all specialists
- Print & prepare materials for specialists’ appointments
- Collect payment for outstanding invoices
- Upload documents to Gingr
- Maintain a clean and professional environment in office and front lobby
- Attend weekend events (about four annually)

Required hours of position:
Part Time Position (28 hours):
Monday 9 am to 6 pm
Tuesday 1 pm to 6 pm
Thursday 1 pm to 6 pm
Saturday 1 pm to 6 pm
