What You’ll Do:
As a Dog Daycare Assistant, you’ll:
- Lead the Pack: Manage and supervise a group of 15–20 playful pups, ensuring safety, fun, and harmony in the pack.
- Feed & Care: Administer meals and medications with precision and care.
- Deliver Human Happiness: Provide exceptional customer service, keeping pet parents informed and smiling.
- Keep It Spotless: Clean, sanitize, and stock spaces to maintain a safe, welcoming environment for dogs and their humans.
- Adapt & Grow: Embrace a dynamic workplace with constant growth and changes as we continue to innovate and expand our services.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing groups of 15 to 20 dogs or working in a pack setting (daycare, boarding, or similar environments).
- Familiarity with Gingr software is a big plus!
- Adaptability and a positive attitude toward change and growth in a fast-paced, small-business environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and care protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both with team members and customers.
- Passion for creating a clean, organized, and engaging space for pups and people alike.
- Patience for doggies and their quirks.

Schedule:
- Seeking full time Dog Lounge Assistants who want to grow with the business
- We are currently seeking full time 30 hours 1pm to 7pm M to F
- Optional Weekend shifts are 9am to 2pm and 2pm to 7pm.
