Job Description
The Data and Analytics Solution Architect is a key role responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable and robust data and analytics architecture solutions that meet the organization's evolving needs. This involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that drive business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and devise tailored solutions aligned with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with teams to define data requirements and implement data-driven solutions.
- Design and execute data integration, data warehousing, and data modeling solutions for analytics and reporting.
- Formulate solution roadmaps aligned with business strategies, leveraging existing components judiciously.
- Proactively assess and mitigate potential risks.
- Lead the formulation of data governance policies to ensure quality, consistency, and security.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout project lifecycles.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in data management and analytics.
Qualifications
- 4-5 years in IT environment, with expertise in analytics, data modeling, ETL processes, and cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
- Degree in technical discipline or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in data architecture or engineering roles.
Knowledge & Skills
- Deep understanding of data architecture principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience with data integration tools, databases, data platforms, and big data technologies.
- Strong proficiency in data modeling techniques.
