About the Role & Team
We're seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Product Specialist to join our team and drive the success of our sustainability compliance software product.
This role is ideal for a candidate with 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, with a strong knowledge of the aviation industry and its challenges.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with senior product managers to define and execute the product strategy and roadmap
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product improvement and innovation
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, including airlines, regulatory bodies, and internal teams
- Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features and enhancements
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions and continuous improvement
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with aviation and sustainability regulations, staying up to date with the latest industry standards and guidelines
- Provide product training and support to internal teams and customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Assist in preparing product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and regulatory reports
About Your Skills
- Masters degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the aviation industry
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of aviation operations, aviation regulations, and sustainability practices
- Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive environmental change in the aviation industry
- Certification in product management
- Experience working in a global, multi-cultural environment
- Financial and cost management knowledge and experience
