Position Summary : As an essential member of the Content & SEO Services team, this position will be responsible for planning and executing both SEO and generative AI consulting on behalf of Sitation’s clients. This position requires advanced understanding of all aspects of enterprise ecommerce SEO, familiarity with generative AI, and the ability to leverage technology and processes to drive operational efficiency and value. Responsibilities :

  • Creating and actioning on comprehensive technical SEO strategies on behalf of clients, including but not limited to : technical audits and recommendations, keyword research and strategy selection, competitive analyses, and performance monitoring.
  • Crafting content programs and deliverables to support the aforementioned defined SEO strategies; including leveraging GenAI to create on-page content.
  • Managing ongoing GenAI consulting programs on behalf of clients, including gathering client requirements and translating them into custom generative AI prompt models that successfully serve specific client needs.
  • Acting as project manager as needed; shepherding POCs, projects, and ongoing engagements through established processes.
  • Maintaining working knowledge of our evolving software solutions while working collaboratively with colleagues to build shared knowledge.
  • Consulting clients on AI, SEO, content, and PIM best practices to improve efficiencies and optimize performance.
  • Working collaboratively with client stakeholders, project managers, account managers, and other teams to ensure customers are set up for success to meet established KPIs / goals.
  • Delivering projects on-time, within scope, and within budget, including detailed record keeping of work hours in time tracking software.
  • Executing stretch assignments as needed to foster growth and new skills.
  • Building AI, SEO and technical web knowledge.
  • Developing link-building strategies to improve domain authority and search rankings.
  • Monitoring and analyzing website traffic, search rankings, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Providing ongoing training and support to clients and internal teams on SEO and AI topics.
  • Developing and delivering presentations and reports to clients, showcasing results and strategies.

  • Fostering a team environment of reliability, support, and respectful debate.
  • Assisting with other AI, content or SEO projects and initiatives as requested.
  • Participating in knowledge sharing opportunities within the team as well as the larger Sitation organization.
  • Collaborating with internal teams as appropriate.
  • Providing excellent service and clear communication to clients.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

    • Qualifications :

  • Self-motivated with ability to proactively manage multiple projects.
  • Strong and effective communication (both written & oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • 2-3 years of experience in enterprise ecommerce SEO.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Passion for staying ahead of industry trends and continuously improving skills and knowledge.
