We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tower Foreman to oversee tower crews. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in tower construction, colocations, tower modifications and maintenance. As a Tower Foreman you will be responsible for supervising crew members, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality on the job site.
Responsibilities
- Planning and scheduling : Develop plans for building and upgrading sites, and schedule work for the crew
- Safety : Ensure the crew works safely and follows all safety procedures
- Quality control : Report on the quality of the work, and ensure that it meets company standards
- Training : Ensure that crew members are properly trained
- Compliance : Ensure that work complies with company procedures and OSHA requirements
- Communication : Provide daily progress reports to management
- Supervision : Lead the crew and ensure that they are carrying out their tasks properly
Tower foremen work in the telecom, construction, and energy industries. They need to have expert technical skills and knowledge of tower construction, repair, and maintenance.

Much of his knowledge and expertise comes from his involvement in erecting towers, installing tower modifications and microwave hops, to cellular and two-way line / antenna systems, and much more. In 2021, Steve decided to expand his business and started Site Foundation Drilling installing drilled pier foundations.
Because of his dedication to quality work and leading by example, you will catch him working in the field alongside his employees quite often. He is a man of faith and in his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Jessica, and their children camping, boating, skiing, and attending local sporting events in Nashville, TN.
