As a Field Service Manager at SES, you will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing on-site operations, including installation, surveying, and project management. You’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring the successful execution of projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute successful completion of projects within specified timelines and budget
- Clearly communicate with internal team, vendors, subcontractors, and clients
- Assist in planning and coordinating project schedules, resource allocation, and material procurement to meet project objectives efficiently
- Serve as a primary point of contact for projects and maintain strong client relationships
- Track and maintain accurate project documentation
- Provide training and mentorship to field personnel
- Identify and address project-related challenges promptly and propose innovative solutions
- Ensure compliance with regulations, permits, and environmental requirements
- College Degree or Technical Degree strongly preferred or 2 years of related experience
- Must be flexible and willing to work a varied schedule that requires travel throughout the US
- Highly skilled with hand and power tools and ability to use standard measurement tools
- Excellent client-facing and vendor management skills
- Ability to work with and meet client driven deadlines
- Effective critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of methods and tools involved with signage and graphics installation
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, Internet, and other web applications
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities and legendary customer service
- Ability to be highly organized, maintain attention to detail, and effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
