Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead our Business Development, Account Management, Customer Service, and In-Market Field Strategist Teams. The VP of Sales will own commercial operations, developing and driving strategic initiatives to achieve revenue growth and market expansion. The successful candidate will be a proven senior sales leader within the digital marketing industry. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of digital marketing services, industry trends, and the competitive landscape, using this expertise to identify growth opportunities and tailor solutions that meet evolving client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan and strategy to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.

Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.

Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities, making recommendations to adapt and improve sales and marketing strategies as necessary.

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
Commercial Operations:

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary.

Develop annual sales budget and revenue forecasts.

Provide regular comprehensive reports to the Executive Team on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.

Optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability.
Leadership and Management:

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and mentoring to drive their success.

Qualifications
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
