Description
Responsible for meeting all customer service needs, alcohol portioning, service and restaurant cashier functions.
This position may act as a Bartender, Bar Back or a Cocktail Server when needed as directed by the Food and Beverage Manager or the Manager on Duty (MOD).
- Promote customer service as a priority; which includes but is not limited to; providing prompt and courteous service to customers and receiving and delivering food and beverage orders.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up with existing customers, and recognizing, assisting and resolving any adverse issues.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and properly stock bar, storage areas and beer coolers.
- Assist in resolving customer concerns regarding food and/or service issues by communicating them to the bar manager.
- May assist with daily and monthly liquor, beer and wine inventory.
- Adhere to established food and beverage policies, Washington liquor laws and sanitary codes.
- Follow accurate cash register accounting and procedures include; balancing empress and properly filling all paperwork associated with this process.
- May assist in monitoring and auditing the daily Toast POS system cash report.
- May assist in cross-training in applicable Food and Beverage areas.
- Meet attendance guidelines by reporting to work as scheduled with dependability and consistency.
- Promote and encourage positive customer relations.
- Represent the company in a positive manner.
- Maintain professional dress standards and personal appearance as dictated by the policy manual.
- Responsible for removal of trash and empty kegs to their respective areas outside for pick up and removal
- Other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to perform as food and beverage server, bartender, cocktail person, room manager and/or cashier as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required; A minimum of two (2) years of consistent high-volume bartending experience within the food and beverage industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Read, write, speak and understand English. Read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals; compute rate, ratio, and percent.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Familiar with Toast POS system preferred.
REASONING ABILITY
Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Class II gaming license issued by the Skokomish Tribal Gaming Commission; Class 12 Mixologist Permit; Valid State Drivers License, and State of Washington Food and Beverage Service Workers Permit.

Qualifications
Salary : $17 - $17
