Shift: 1st, (7am-4pm)
Pay: $55k-$58k/yr (Based on Experience)
Job Description:
- Supervise crating personnel and ensure safe work practices in line with company procedures
- Work closely with all departments to meet customer needs and ensure workflow compliance
- Train and guide employees on safety, equipment usage, reading cut sheets, and assembling boxes
- Ensure documentation is complete and accurate, including creating box tickets and photo documentation
- Perform regular quality audits and inspect work for accuracy and compliance with specifications
- Operate hand tools (air nail guns, staplers, drills, saws) and forklifts as needed
- Address issues and communicate with management for resolution
- Provide customers with detailed research and updates as necessary
- Perform inventory checks and data entry into the portal
Salary : $55,000 - $58,000
