Customer Service/Warehouse Representative
Shift: 1st, (7:30am-4pm)
Pay: $20-$26/hr (Based on experience)
Job Description:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails, providing accurate information about products, orders, and general inquiries
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions using company systems
- Collaborate with internal teams and support the outside sales team to improve service delivery
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on customer needs
- Assist with general warehouse duties including picking orders, loading/unloading trucks, inventory handling, and keeping the workspace organized
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required
