Freight Utility

Shift : 1st, (8 : 15am-5pm)

Pay : $18 - $20 per hour (based on experience)

We are looking for a Freight Utility to join our team! This is a full-time position working 1st shift in our logistics department. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the job for you.

Job Duties :

  • Order Processing : Handle truck shipments and ensure they meet required shipping times.
  • Freight Coordination : Use Acumatica and TMS systems to process LTL, truckload, and expedited shipments.
  • Freight Quotes : Provide timely freight quotes to customers and the sales team.
  • Problem Solving : Address delivery challenges and find solutions for difficult locations or time-sensitive shipments.
  • Bill Audits & Claims : Help with auditing freight bills and handling any claims.
  • Additional Tasks : Support parcel quotes, carrier invoice audits, and assist with international orders when needed.
