Industrial Painter

?? Pay Rate: $17.00–$19.00/hour (Based on Experience)
? Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Are you an experienced painter with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence? Join our growing manufacturing team as an Industrial Painter, where you’ll apply coatings to a variety of materials and surfaces, contributing to the production of high-quality industrial and automotive equipment.
What You’ll Do:
- Apply paint, varnishes, and other coatings using wet painting techniques and tools.
- Work collaboratively with a team to meet project goals.
- Use hand and power tools to prepare and finish materials.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
What We’re Looking For:
- Preferred Experience:
- Automotive or industrial equipment painting.
- Wet painting using a spray gun.
- Mixing colors and matching finishes.
- Core Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to differentiate colors.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with frequent interruptions.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Advanced Skills (Preferred):
- Industry training or certifications in painting or coating.
- Valid driver’s license.
