Machine / Equipment Maintenance Manager

Shift : Full Time, 1st shift (will provide coverage on all 3 as needed)

Salary : $100,000 - $150,000 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities :

• The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the maintenance team inclusive of hiring, supervising, professional development and offering continuous educational opportunities on technical advancements
• This employee will be responsible for department budgeting, including all maintenance and repair cost centers, building, parts, outside services and departmental labor
• The Maintenance Manager ensures all equipment, building and grounds are maintained and operational as well as supports mechanics with machine troubleshooting
• You will champion and drive reduction of losses through breakdown analysis and other appropriate continuous improvement tools
• The Maintenance Manger participates in and supports the Environment Health and Safety Program, shop safety inspections, enforcement of lock-out / tag-out program and other Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations
• Other duties as assigned
