Maintenance Technician
We're looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our 1st shift operations. This is a direct hire opportunity with a competitive pay scale and long-term potential at a growing and environmentally responsible company.
Shift: 1st, (6am-2pm)
Pay: $28-$33/hr. (Based on Experience)
Job Description:
- Perform maintenance on CNC milling machines (preferably 3-axis or greater)
- Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment and facility systems (air compressors, rooftop units, boilers, and pumps)
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical manuals
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and environmental standards
- Support quality control by inspecting and verifying work meets specifications
- Collaborate with the team and assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in machine maintenance, especially with CNC machines
- Facilities maintenance experience highly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing and 5S principles
