Maintenance Technician

Pay: $28 - $33/hr.

- Perform maintenance on CNC machines, particularly 3-axis or higher models.
- Maintain and repair facilities equipment including air compressors, rooftop units, boilers, and pumps.
- Interpret blueprints, manuals, and sample parts to ensure precise maintenance and prepping for operations.
- Inspect workpieces to ensure they meet quality standards after the painting process.
- Perform filling operations, such as plugging holes and masking, to improve cosmetic appearance.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and contribute to a clean, organized work environment.
- Actively participate in team efforts to improve processes and implement Lean manufacturing principles.
